Reservations

Policies

Reservations are required for all monthly social functions by email or phone to the Reservations Chair unless otherwise specified.
Reservations and/or cancellations will be accepted until 5:00 pm on the Friday prior to the regularly scheduled event or as dictated by the Reservations Chair in the invitation.
Members with permanent reservations do not need to make separate reservations for each monthly social function.
There is no charge if a reservation is cancelled before 5:00 pm on the Friday prior to a social function.
If a reservation is not cancelled prior to the deadline, members will incur the full cost of the function for themselves as well as any registered guests.
Members with permanent reservations who cannot attend a monthly social function must cancel their reservation to avoid being charged for the event cost.
A courtesy wait-list may be available for late reservations; however payment must be made at the non-Tinker Club member rate.
“Walk-ins” without a reservation will be accepted on a space-available basis, will incur a $5.00 additional charge, and will be given a Chef Salad.
Children under the age of 6 months are permitted to attend Tinker OSC luncheons held at the Tinker Club. Functions held at other venues may not be appropriate for any children.
Children over the age of 6 months may be permitted to attend special activities throughout the year. The member must verify the requirements in advance and are encouraged to contact the Special Activities Chair for more information.
Social function fees are payable at the event by cash or check. If the event is held at the Tinker Club, a $2.00 discount will be given to Tinker Club members, and the fees may also be paid by Tinker Club card.
If a reservation is not paid within 24 hours following a social function, members agree to provide a MasterCard or Visa credit card number authorizing the Tinker OSC to charge the card for payment of the reservation(s).

We have a variety of Special Activities currently offered. If you don't see an activity that interests you, contact our Special Activities Chair to start a group today!

We are looking for donations of new or gently used holiday items for our Hearts and Hands auctions at the upcoming social functions. You can bring your items to the board meeting or drop off at the Thrift Shop during regular business hours.
